• Our Students

LAKE REGION HIGH SCHOOL, located in Polk County, Florida, opened August 14, 1995. We serve students in grades 9 through 12. The enrollment is approximately 1970, Class 4A. The senior class is about 400 students.

Central Polk County is located 45 miles southwest of Orlando and 50 miles east of Tampa.

• Our Community

Lake Region High School serves the communities of north Bartow, Eagle Lake and south Winter Haven. The major industries in Polk County include tourism, citrus production and processing, and cattle ranching.

Per district policy, the school schedule has been changed. Beginning this year Lake Region High School will be operating on a alternating block schedule.
