Spanish Honor Society

The Spanish Honor Society (Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica) is a national organization that seeks to increase awareness and involvement in the Hispanic community. Members participate in projects that include tutoring, fund raisers, and other culturally centered activities. This club is for students desiring to improve the community, use their Spanish-speaking skills, participate in fun activities, build relationships, and increase cultural awareness.

How to Join
Members are not required to speak Spanish fluently, but must have completed or be currently enrolled in a Spanish II or higher class. Once you have completed Spanish II, no other Spanish classes are required to be a member. Members must have 3.0 G.P.A. in their Spanish classes or overall. Applications are available through the club sponsor.

Meeting Times
The meetings are on the second Monday of each month in room 2218.
