Spiral Notebooks (lots, better if less expensive)
Pocket Folders (once again, non-expensive)
Hand Sanitizer (for class use during the year, to keep down sniffles)
Tissues (for class use during the year)
Index Cards
Ruler with cm/in.
Calculator (BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT ONE FOR THE COURSE)
Calculator for the following courses:
Intensive Math, Algebra 1-A, Algebra 1-B, Algebra 1-Honors, Geometry and Geometry Honors – Inexpensive Basic Function FCAT Calculator with only a percent key, a square root key, a +/- key and a memory key. NO SCIENTIFIC CALCULATORS OR GRAPHING CALCULATORS WILL BE ALLOWED!
---
Algebra 2, Algebra 2-Honors, Pre-Calculus, Trig/Analyt, Advanced Topics, Analysis of a Function, AP Calculus; choose a graphing calculator – TI-82, TI-83, TI-84, are recommended. (Plus or Silver Models are OK too). If you choose a different model, a Casio or another brand, you may end up having to learn how to use it on your own since there is usually only enough time to train on the TI-82 – 84 models. (If you are going to take a Calculus course in the future, you might want to invest once in a TI-89 which is the most useful for Calculus – optional.)
Additional Supplies may be required by the teacher such as colored pencils, a ream of white 20# bond paper, construction paper, protractor, or other, (no white-out needed)
